Imagine if playing card symbols were spaceships and they all had different powers! Here’s what they would be like:

The heart ship is very fast and has one weak gun at the front and a stronger gun at the back. It has average armour. The strategy is to go faster than your opponents so that they can’t catch you, go towards it, turn around and run away while firing. It is often used as a scout or a distraction.

The diamond ship is rather slow but has loads of armour. It has no guns but it rams into enemy spaceships. It has a sharp rammer ai the front that can split most enemy ships in half with a single hit. It is often used as a shield for spaceships with better guns but less armour or to chase slow spaceships. At the end of a battle, they can be seen attacking spaceships with broken wings or engines.

The club ship is very slow and has weak armour. Its bullets travel an average distance. It has four medium-sized guns that deal medium damage: Two at the front at different angles and two at the back. Together, they deal a lot of damage. The club ship is used to attack multiple enemy spaceships at the same time, usually ones with weak guns or low armour so they either can’t do much damage to it or don’t get enough chance to attack it. It usually has a ship with better armour directly in front of it because it has no guns facing directly forwards so the other ship is safe and can attack enemies directly in front of it. When retreating, the two guns at the back are used to destroy any enemy ships taking advantage of its low speed to attack.

Spade:

The spade ship is fast, but not as fast as the heart ship. Its bullets can travel an average distance and do average damage. It has a medium damage gun at the front and two more at the back. It has low armour, but not as low as the club ship. It’s the most balanced spaceship. It is useful when retreating because it does a lot of damage to the opponents when running away. It is usually used in simple attacks or for taking advantage of a distraction. However, it is very flexible because it’s balanced so you can find them all over the battlefield.

What crew would these spaceships have?

The heart spaceships would have crew with light pistols and medical packs to heal each other. They would have light armour and be very fast.

The diamond spaceships would have crew with lightsabers and heavy armour. They would be very slow.

The crew of the club spaceships would have space shotguns and light armour. They would move at a medium speed.

The crew of the spade spaceships would have space blasters and light armour. They would move at medium speed.

There would also be joker crew members:

Ship captains could choose to either have their ship’s default crew, replace half of them with jokers or replace them all with jokers. Jokers would have light armour and have space snipers that take a long time to reaload but have a very long range. They would move at a medium speed.
