Term 2 starts

ℹ️ The meme in the end of term one post isn’t working anymore, but unfortunately I can’t remember what it said to I can’t re-make it. If you can remember what it said, please comment and tell me so I can fix it.

It’s the start of Term 2 at Wellington College. Actually, it started last week but there were so many assignments to do and other posts to write that I forgot to write this post. Since I made a meme at the end of term 1, I will make another meme now:

Imagine if you had to start everything all over again every time a new school term started, as if you were making a new Minecraft survival world. And your first house had to look like the one in the meme. Yeah, that would suck.

There will probably be some Board Games Club posts soon, and maybe even a few Dungeons and Dragons posts if everyone turns up, but Dungeons and Dragons wasn’t on this week and nobody turned up for Board Games Club. Hopefully, both of them will be on next week!

Angry Birds game stopped working

Unfortunately, the Angry Birds game which I embedded on my blog two years ago has stopped working. It was embedded onto my blog’s Games page from another website, so maybe the website is not working anymore. Luckily, the other two embedded games are still working fine, and I have also got two games that I made myself on there. Those two are not embedded, so they will always work. All four of the games that are still working can still be accessed from the Games page.

End of term one

It’s the end of Term One at Wellington College. It’s school holidays starting from tomorrow. I decided to make a meme about it:

Imagine if we had to fight the Minecraft Ender Dragon at the end of every school term. And if you die, you die in real life. It would be fun, but really dangerous.

Anyway, there will be no Dungeons and Dragons or Board Games Club posts until term two starts. Board Games Club is going well, but people keep not turning up for Dungeons and Dragons so we can’t do it. We haven’t done it for several weeks in a row now, and we have only had one proper session this turn, apart from creating our character sheets. Hopefully, next term, more people will turn up to Dungeons and Dragons and we can actually play. If not, the character I made for the club can be used in any other campaign so I could just wait until next year.

New Story: Adam the Archer

I have finally finished writing the story! It is the longest story I have ever written, and it is called Adam the Archer. Just in case you haven’t read my previous post, the story is set in Minecraft and is about a boy called Adam who is found by skeletons in the woods as a baby. He grows up and has several epic adventures, finding new friends and powerful enemies along the way! If you don’t like Minecraft that much, don’t worry. Although the story is set in Minecraft, not everything in it is based on Minecraft and I made some variations (Like blood and bruises!) You can find the story at the top of my stories page.

Unfortunately, the poem My Cat Is Greedier Than Your Cat wasn’t working. The Microsoft viewer I was using wouldn’t display the document. It is at the bottom of my Stories page and is the oldest story on my blog (I wrote it two years ago, in year 7.) I fixed this problem by changing the viewer to Google. Now it works again and everything is okay, but it just looks a bit different. The Google viewer seems to be more reliable and loads faster though. The old Microsoft viewer had more features, like text highlighting, but all of them are useless if it doesn’t work.

If you spot any more problems with pages or posts on my blog, let me know in the comments! I check them almost every day.
